Payne Chiropractic offers urine 5 panel drug testing services that comply with Federal Government DOT and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s (FMCSA) rules & regulations for commercial motor vehicle drivers.
Our federal urine drug screens are mailed overnight and independently tested by Clinical Reference Laboratory. Negative federal drug test results are usually available within 24 hours. Our non-Federal urine drug screens are tested in office, with results available same day.
The 5-panel urine drug screen tests for:
- Marijuana metabolites/THC
- Cocaine metabolites
- Amphetamines (including methamphetamine, MDMA)
- Opioids (including codeine, heroin (6-AM), morphine, hydrocodone, oxycodone, hydromorphone, and oxymorphone)
- Phencyclidine (PCP)
